I am a working mom (one 20 month old and I'm currently 6 months pregnant). My deep desire is to be home with my daughter(s). I just want to say thank you for writing this post. I cannot begin to tell you the confirmation God has put in my heart by reading that verse from Ephesians. In fact, I have that very same verse posted up where I see it every morning. I'm not sure where your at in your goal towards staying home, but know that I'm praying along side you, for both of us to be able to do that one day. In the meantime, we can pray for balance between contentment and ambition.Tabitha@InspiredByGivinghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04283148392831979358noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2439836997839535042.post-17242284756922805722011-03-24T23:17:50.073-04:002011-03-24T23:17:50.073-04:00This is a beautiful post, Hannah! I pray that I have this heart posture and an attitude of contentment, even at this time in my life. I have always worked (as a nurse) - sometimes part time, sometimes full time. My oldest is 17 and youngest is 3. My heart has always wanted to be at home but I believe God called me to nursing and has shown me that repeatedly through the years (been a nurse for over 19 years). I'm now at a crossroads where I can no longer perform bedside nursing due to repeated back injuries. I so want to stay home....however, my husband does not work.

Let's have this journey together!Laurahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04252574095272027604noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2439836997839535042.post-68109026654121393062011-01-31T08:14:01.795-05:002011-01-31T08:14:01.795-05:00Beautiful post!
